GraLab provides high quality repair services for all of its products. Warranty and non-warranty repairs are handled quickly and expertly by our trained technicians.

Repair Order Procedures

Warranty Repairs

One-year warranty from the date of purchase. If repair is within this period, contact GraLab at 937-433-7600, or e-mail glsupport@gralab.com to obtain an RMA number and receive shipping instructions.

Non-warranty Repairs

Current model electromechanical timers (Models 165S, 165A, 167, 170, 171, 172, 173, 254, 255, 256 and 300):

$75.00 per timer includes parts, labor and shipping costs (shipping costs included for USA customers only. Contact GraLab for International shipping costs)

Current model electronic timers (Models 450, 451, 545, 555, 645, 655 and 900):

$85.00 per timer includes parts, labor and shipping costs (shipping costs included for USA customers only. Contact GraLab for International shipping costs)

Payment

All repairs must be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Send the timer with card number and expiration date to GraLab, 900 Dimco Way, Centerville, OH 45458, Attn: Timer Repair.
